With all the cinnamon &amp; sugar in snickerdoodles I thought pumpkin would be a perfect match and it worked! I threw about 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice into the batter before rolling it in the cinnamon sugar too. :)&lt;/p&gt;

In this case, leftover spinach. If you like, you can use a plastic fork to slightly scramble each egg in the cup. &lt;/p&gt;
